As a wildlife photographer who often times is photographing animals in urban settings I've struggled to shot in a way that doesn't lie to the viewer about the true conditions of its environment. Often times when I'm at a local park trash is hard to miss and like most photographers I try to hide that side by getting a different angle, getting closer or cropping.
So I wanted to dedicate a project to have the sole purpose to show what we try so hard to hide. I used a technique in film called a double exposure to basically overlap two images together. I did this to make it very clear I want the trash in the image.
